You own the creative

By placing a bid you warrant that you own the creative you upload, or that you have a license to use every logo, face, trademark, and other element in it. Uploading a logo or image you do not own is a breach of these terms.

If a logo, face, trademark, or any other element in the file is not yours to use, do not upload it. BIGSPOT is not a clearing house for other people’s brands.

We can pull it without refund

BIGSPOT may pull any creative from the board at any time, with or without cause, including for copyright complaints, prohibited categories, or any other reason. Removal is unconditional. There is no refund.

Pornography, illegal substances, narcotics, weapons, and similar categories are not permitted. Bids in those categories are removed without refund.

Prohibited categories, removed without refund: pornography and adult sexual content; illegal substances, narcotics, and recreational drugs; weapons; token or coin sales; gambling; pharmaceuticals; political advertising; anything impersonating another brand.

What a bid is not

A live board is a virtual placement on this cartoon city only. Holding a rank does not create a partnership, endorsement, joint venture, or agency with BIGSPOT or with any other bidder. It is not outdoor advertising, not a media buy, and not a claim on any physical wall.

BIGSPOT is provided as-is. Boards, ranks, and the city can change, go offline, or be taken down. Bids stay final and non-refundable when that happens.
