Privacy
Last updated 24 August 2026
BIGSPOT does not collect personal data from people who only walk the city. There is no sign-up, no login, no newsletter, and no email capture on the public board.
What bidders send
When you place a bid we store the brand name, public URL, short description, creative image, bid amount, optional cart-offer fields, and the status of the bid. That package is what puts a company on the wall. Live creatives are public: anyone on the board can see them.
Card numbers never touch this app. Stripe Checkout is the payment processor. Stripe handles its own customer data under Stripe’s privacy policy.
What the host sees
No analytics pixels are installed on this site. Hosting logs from Vercel may include IP addresses and user-agent strings for a short period as part of running the service. Those logs are not used to build a profile of visitors.
How long it stays
A live creative stays on the board until you are outbid off the hundred, until we pull it, or until the city is taken down. We keep bid records as needed to assign ranks, handle chargebacks, and answer copyright notices.
To ask for a creative to come down, email pulkit@scanbrix.com for copyright notices, or pulkit@scanbrix.com for anything else. Pulling a creative does not refund the bid.
Children
BIGSPOT is not directed at children. You must be old enough to form a contract and to pay with a card Stripe will accept, which in practice means 18 or older.
