These terms govern every bid on BIGSPOT. By uploading a creative or paying for a rank you accept them. BIGSPOT is a cartoon city. Every building and board is fictional. Buying a rank puts your creative here — it is not real-world advertising and confers no physical placement.

Ownership of the creative

By placing a bid you warrant that you own the creative you upload, or that you have a license to use every logo, face, trademark, and other element in it. Uploading a logo or image you do not own is a breach of these terms.

You grant BIGSPOT a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, convert, and display that creative on this site for as long as the bid is live, and to keep a copy as needed to run the board and handle disputes. You keep whatever rights you already had. We do not buy your brand.

Unconditional removal, no refund

BIGSPOT may pull any creative from the board at any time, with or without cause, including for copyright complaints, prohibited categories, or any other reason. Removal is unconditional. There is no refund.

Bids are final and non-refundable. Every bid amount must be unique. There is no auction end date and no bid expiry. Outbid holders move down; their money is not returned.

Pornography, illegal substances, narcotics, weapons, and similar categories are not permitted. Bids in those categories are removed without refund.

Prohibited categories, removed without refund: pornography and adult sexual content; illegal substances, narcotics, and recreational drugs; weapons; token or coin sales; gambling; pharmaceuticals; political advertising; anything impersonating another brand.

What you are buying

You buy a virtual rank on this cartoon city. You do not buy real-world advertising, property, or a partnership with BIGSPOT or with any other bidder. Rank is assigned by amount after payment confirms. You do not pick a wall.

Free cart offers are rotated daily among live companies that post a link: 24 hours for one company, 12 hours each for two, 8 hours each for three, and an even split of the day if there are more.
